Brand guidelines
Calm, confident, specific. Picked replaces the hiring pipeline, and the brand should feel like that: quiet surfaces, precise type, one pink moment of decision.
01 · Wordmark

Lowercase picked. set in Bricolage Grotesque (opsz 96 · wght 580 · wdth 90, letter-spacing -0.05em). The full stop is always accent pink. Clearspace: keep at least the dot's width on all sides. Minimum height: 24px on screen, 8mm in print.
02 · Icon · The pick rising
200 CVs become a stack. One rises to the top, in pink. The icon is the product mechanic in a single frame. Use the ink tile for app icons and avatars; use the bare glyph only inside our own surfaces.
03 · Color
Ink on Paper does the work. Pink marks the moment of decision: a live signal, a top score, one primary button. Never a decorative slab, never a background wash, never a gradient.
04 · Type
Both fonts are variable and self-hosted (performance + GDPR: no Google Fonts CDN in the EU). The optical-size mix is intentional: 96 for display, 14 for UI. Licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
05 · Voice
Calm, confident, specific.
No HR euphemisms.
We don't unlock talent or humanize hiring. We screen, score, and recommend. By Friday, for 99¢. Numbers do the persuading.
